Established in 1980, MIFAR S.r.l., since 1999, is a company of the TENNANTS GROUP, an established supplier with worldwide representation.

The Tennants Group is a family owned business established by Charles Tennant Esq. in Glasgow, Scotland, in 1797. Founded as a manufacturing plant for bleaching powder, the Tennants Group today numbers over 22 companies and has an annual turnover in excess of 300 million Euro.

True to its origins, the Tennants Group continues to operate within the chemical industry as both a producer and re-seller. Group companies today manufacture chemical products including pigments, textile dyes, solvents and resins as well as a wide range of other chemicals for general use.

The Tennants Group can trace its origins back to 1797 and today has a turnover of over 400 million Euro, employing over 850 people at some 30 sites worldwide.
